Super Diamond (C) Designed for high flexibility and easy expansion. For example, the smallest cabinet, the DX-32C, can easily be expanded to a DX-80C by adding cards to the same cabinet, while the DX-144C cabinet can take cards from other models, such as CPU, PSU, SLT and COL, with the system software working as before

* Flexible Numbering: extension numbers of 1-8 digits, making it easy to organize numbers by category * Hunting Number: a group number for calling a group of extensions, with several ringing patterns available
* Operator Number: a special system number for the operator station, with special functions as configured
* Caller ID: the system receives caller ID from the telephone exchange and can send the caller’s number not only to the operator key phone but to every caller-ID phone in the system
* Built-in Manual: user and programming manual built into the PABX
* Built-in Battery Backup: for uninterrupted communication, a backup battery for power failures is installed as standard inside the cabinet, separated from the circuit boards to protect them from battery acid
* RJ-45 Connector and Power Failure Transfer: RJ-45 connectors, common in computer networks, make the system easy to rearrange and move
* Out Going Message (OGM): automated greeting and call transfer
* Digital Voice Response (DVR): voice prompts for extension users
* Auto-Route Selection: the system chooses the most suitable or cheapest outgoing route for the time of day
* Account Code: a personal code that lets users without their own phone use other extensions in the system
* Abbreviated Dial: speed dialing with short codes for quick, convenient calls without the caller knowing the actual number; the system stores up to 1,000 speed-dial numbers

* Day-Night Service: the system can split the working day into two periods, each with different system behavior
* Trunk to Trunk: an incoming call on one outside line can be connected out to another outside line, automatically via a dial-in code, by operator transfer, or by an extension placing the outside call
* SD Memory Backup: in addition to the main system memory, the system configuration can be backed up to SD memory for emergencies
* Remote Maintenance: the system can be checked and adjusted remotely from the service center via the operator station, a modem or the internet
